GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- You may purchase gift cards for a $AUD amount which are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
- Gift cards can be redeemed at the Venue or used via the Website to purchase a Ticket or merchandise or to book an Event.
- Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. A gift card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.
- An individual gift card can hold between $35 and $1000. This limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.
- Where a purchase exceeds the balance of a gift card, the Customer will be required to pay the difference between the gift card balance and the purchase price
- You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following delivery. In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, SuperPark is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. SuperPark cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
- Gift cards are not transferrable or refundable.

Yes, you can use your SuperPark gift card for off peak and peak tickets, as well as our value-packed multi visit passes. Gift cards cannot be used in the SuperBites café.
The gift card recipient will receive an email with your personal message and instructions on how to redeem their unique gift card code. We’ll also send an email your way to confirm that it’s been sent
It should have been sent directly to your gift recipient, unless you choose to send it to yourself. Please check your spam/junk inbox! If neither you or you gift recipient still haven’t received your gift card, you can contact our Guest Relations team at hello@superpark.com.au
SuperPark gift cards will expire 3 years after the purchase date, so you’ve got heaps of time to plan your day out.
At the moment, we only offer digital gift cards. Once you purchase one, you’ll receive a unique code straight to your email. You can print it out or forward the email if you’d like to gift it to someone. It’s a quick and easy way to bring joy to your loved ones!
