PACKAGES
Parties can be booked a maximum of 1 month before and a minimum of 10 days in advance. Book your party here.
Except for After School Parties, each room requires a minimum of 12 guests and can fit a maximum of20 guests. After School Parties have a minimum requirement of 8 guests. If you have more than 20 guests, then you will need to book a SuperSize Party with two rooms and a minimum of 24 guests.
A hosted SuperPark party is for kids of all ages, while non-hosted parties are available when all guests are aged 8+. Older or younger party guests might need to participate separately for some parts depending on the height restrictions of some activities.
When you opt for a hosted SuperPark party, you’ll enjoy a guided experience with our expert Super Crew and 60 minutes of party games. Non-hosted parties don’t include a SuperPark host to lead the games and parents will need to lead the party guests.
You can choose to do so. Please note that the price of the party package will remain the same.
We recommend having at least 1 parent present, especially for parties with children under the age of 8.
Our parties are great for kids aged 5 and above, as it’s easier for them to follow the instructions.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final numbers and payment must be confirmed a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking.
Please share with the final details 1 week before the party date, including a full guest list and ages of all party attendees.
We charge a $5 cake fee to cover the cost of providing a plastic cake knife for safety reasons, a lighter for candles, and plates and spoons for serving.
Yes, additional platters can be added to your party package. We also offer a variety of platters for adults. Contact us for more details.
Certainly! For our kids party venue in Melbourne, parents are welcome to stay in the party room or SuperBites café. If parents wish to enter the Play Area, 6 free adult spectator passed are included with each booked room.
Come in comfortable clothing as our park activities require plenty of movement. Please note that SuperPark grip socks are required for play. Socks are included in the party package.
Not yet, but please let us know if this if something you would be interested in and we’ll look into it! Only guests who have booked a birthday party are able to bring a cake into the park.

Only guests who have booked a birthday party are able to bring a cake into the park. If you book a hosted party, our SuperCrew can serve your cake, but we’ll need your help for anything fancy!
If you have a party booked with us, you are more than welcome to bring along balloons or table decorations to make your party special. Just remember, decorations must be cleared at the end of your booking. To ensure the safety and cleanliness of the park, items like piñatas, face paint, party poppers, confetti, bubbles, party horns, whistles, lollipops, or silly string are not allowed in party rooms. To avoid damaging the room, please do not attach decorations to the walls or ceiling.
You are more than welcome to bring in your own cake if you have a party booking with us. If you book a hosted party, our SuperCrew can serve your cake, but we’ll need your help for anything fancy! Please note that bringing outside food or drinks into the park is not permitted.
We have gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and halal food options. Unfortunately, we currently cannot cater for celiac needs. This can be added at checkout or when you finalise your numbers.
All food is served at room temperature, but please let us know in advance if you’d like certain items heated up.
If you haven’t received your party invitation in your email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

The party sessions are fixed. We encourage you to remind your guests to arrive up to 20 minutes before the stipulated time. There will be no extension on party time if guests arrive late.
You will need to contact us as soon as possible. Any changes are subject to availability and venue approval.
