SAFETY FIRST
- Follow the displayed park and game rules
- Safety briefings will be held for select activities
- Park capacity is capped during each session to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment
- Please be courteous, polite, and respectful to all park guests
SPICK AND SPAN
- Hand sanitisers are located throughout the park
- Bathrooms feature hands-free hygiene with sensor taps and soap
- Daily deep cleaning of the park
- We are a cash-free park
SAFETY GUIDELINES
If the park reaches capacity for any event or on a normal day of operating, we reserve the right to close the park to further guests. Whilst this is very inconvenient it is necessary for guest experience and health and safety. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your session begins to maximize your playtime.
- We recommend adult supervision for all children under 12. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children under their care at all times.
- Each regular pass admits one adult into the Play Area to spectate for free. If children require closer attention, a regular pass to participate in the activities will be required.
- Identification may be required as proof of age.
- Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale.
- All guests entering SuperPark Australia must complete the Waiver Form before entering the Play Area.
- Appropriate clothing, including SuperPark grip socks, must be worn at all times in the Play Area. Ticket price excludes grip socks which are AUD$3.50 per pair.
- Bare feet are not allowed in the park.
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily is recommended for optimum fun and comfort in our park.
- No outside food and drinks are allowed in the park.
- Drugs and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Anyone found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed entry into the park.
- Smoking is not allowed in the park.
- Damages caused through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guest.
- Use of all SuperPark games and activities is at guests’ own risk.
- Failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from the park.
- Guests agree not to hold the Owners, Management, and Staff of SuperPark Australia liable for any injury or casualty that may be sustained at the park.
- SuperPark is under surveillance at all times.
