STEP ONE – Start Planning
The first step is to review our party and event options.

We’ve got all of our birthday party planning options available on our party page. We’ve also got booklets for each of our package types.
Planning A Hosted Party
You’ve got it easy, just book your party and show up! Our party hosts will take care of everything for you.
Planning A Non-Hosted Party
Want to run the show? Get your private room or table (SuperSquad Package) and unleash the kids on 15+ activities.
PLanning SuperPark Party Catering
Our party packages (excluding SuperSquad Package) come with SuperPark catering to make your party a breeze. Delicious sharing pizzas, nuggets, potato gems, mini party pies, sausage rolls and so much more!!
You get to choose one from each category (main, side and treat). We also have dietary options and heaps of additional platters to choose from.
Planning a private event
Looking to plan something a little bigger? With our Private Venue hire options you can gain exclusive access to the park for up to 250 guests.
Our private venue hire is ideal for school events, corporate events or large seasonal or milestone celebrations.
To book a private event simply fill in an enquiry form or contact us to chat through your party planning needs.
STEP TWO – Chat to our party planner
Not sure how to plan a party or where to start your party planning? Never fear! At SuperPark we have an amazing party planner who is available most days to help. Our incredible birthday party planner is on standby to:
- Assist you with your booking via phone or email
- Walk you through each of our party packages
- Recommend the SuperPark party package best suited to your specific event

STEP THREE – Book your party online
This is where you can smash your party planning to do list. You will need to make some key decisions:
- Pick your package from the below:
- Pick your party date and add your number of guests
- Choose your catering options (including any add-on options for dietary requirements)
- Pay the 50% upfront deposit
Our intuitive packages will automatically calculate the amount of catering needed based on your number of guests.
You will receive a confirmation booking via email with your event details.
Planning A Private Event?
STEP FOUR – Manage and Finalise your booking
Manage your booking anytime
We understand that sometimes life happens and plans sometimes change. That’s why we request you to create a SuperPark online account to help manage your party plan and event bookings.
You can login to your account at any time to review your booking details and make any changes needed like the number of guests attending or if you need to change your event date (subject to availability).
You can also use your online account to send out digital invitations and track your RSVP’s from guests, making it simple to stay on top of party admin.
Finalise your booking
When you are 7 days out from your party you will need to finalise the number of guests and pay for any outstanding balance (less your upfront deposit).
Come to your event
