While reasonable precautions are taken in-venue to minimize cross-contamination, items sourced externally or baked off-site (such as bakery treats) may be handled in facilities that process allergens like nuts and wheat. Modifications (marked with an asterisk) are available for certain items to meet specific dietary requirements, though these may incur an upcharge.
Gluten-Free Options
For guests managing gluten sensitivities, SuperBites Cafe provides both direct Gluten-Free (GF) choices and customizable options (GF*):
- Dedicated GF Hot Foods: GF Nuggets (6-pack), Small and Large Chips, Corn Ribs, and Aranchini.
- Modifiable Hot Options (GF*): Standard 6 Nuggets, Cheese Toasties, and Ham & Cheese Toasties can be modified using gluten-free bread or alternatives upon request.
- Snacks & Sweets: Small Stax Chips, Red Rock Deli (Sweet Chili, Honey Soy, Sea Salt & Vinegar, Sea Salt), PopCorners (Cheddar, Sweet & Salty), Dairy Milk, and Freddo Frog Bars (note: Freddo Frogs carry a manufacturer advisory for potential gluten cross-contact). Chobani, Yoplait, and fresh Fruit Cups are also GF.
- Drinks & Coffee: Most beverages are inherently gluten-free, including St. Ali Coffee, Teas, Cold Brew, Matcha, Milkshakes, Frappes, and drinks made with MilkLab Almond, Lactose-Free, or Bonsoy Soy Milk. Note: MilkLab Oat Milk contains oats and is not certified GF.

- Beverages: MilkLab Almond Milk, MilkLab Oat Milk, and Bonsoy Soy Milk are available as dairy substitutes. Allies Cold Pressed Juices, Allies Smoothies (made default with Almond Milk), Powerade, Monster Energy, St. Ali Teas, Cold Brew, and Matcha are all Dairy-Free.

- Snacks & Drinks: Fresh Fruit Cups, Small Stax Chips, Red Rock Deli Sea Salt Chips, and PopCorners Sweet & Salty. Coffee and specialty teas served with Almond, Oat, or Soy Milk are Vegan-friendly. (Note: Monster Energy uses synthetic taurine but is not formally vegan-certified).
